NB CSX Q446 leaving Coastal for the Portsmouth Sub which the junction for the Sub is about 5 miles north of this loacation while the Dispatcher holds U324 a unit coal train north of the Junction because there is no more room at Coastal for any more trains at this time. As you can see the rear of the three Woodchip cars of the F730 which has to spot the three Woodchip cars at the loader to right of the 7508 which can not cross the main until this cluster **** is sorted out!! |
